Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations or order return are to be requested through our website. - Cancellations or returns within 14 days before service: No charge. - Cancellations within 72 hours: 20% charge. - Cancellations within 48 hours: 40% charge. - Cancellations within 24 hours: 60% charge. - Please Note: For service bundles containing plane tickets, please note that the plane tickets are non-refundable. Cancellation of a service bundle with plane tickets will result in the customer forfeiting the entire ticket cost. - Values for returned or cancelled orders will be done through the same way of purchase. - The refund will be processed in seven days from receiving the cancellation or request original refunded product. Noting that it varies according to issuer policy when will that amount be reflected in the card holder balance.
